Besides my family, Ryan has gotten me through a lot. A lot has happened these 6 years we've been together and I don't know what I would have done if he wouldn't have been there to help me through. I love you babe!

Shannon Miller- not only does she have the same name as me (maiden that is), but she is a great motivational speaker and is always promoting how important health and wellness is. She also wont the 1996 gold medal in the Olympics for gymnastics :)
