My weight and not eating like I should are my current insecurities. I am all the time working out like crazy to make sure I don't gain any weight; however, I can't seem to eat healthy. I always want a soda or fast food. So my eating habits aren't helping my weight loss maintenance.

My future...the University of St. Augustine has had a huge impact on my life lately. In just 354 days, I will graduate with my doctorate in physical therapy and my career goals will be complete :)
